ping-pong apartment

I'm not sure how many of you saw this article in the Yahoo newsreel last week, but I found it quite interesting.  It features an apartment that is comprised mostly of ping-pong balls.  The owner of the unique space is Daniel Arsham, who is a partner at Snarkitecture, an architecture firm located in Brooklyn.  The apartment is actually a loft that is attached to the firm's offices (accessed via a ladder located in the employee bathroom), and functions solely as a sleeping and dressing quarters (you can see from the pics that it's quite minimal - 90 square feet to be exact).  Take a guess at how many ping-pong balls were used to create this masterpiece....

.......25,000 ping-pong balls!!!!
